1) Self reflective writing on their medical student career .

I am an intern sneha yerukala 2018 in the medicine department. I have been working here for the past 2 months and I am here to share with you what I learned from this amazing experience.

- First of all, I would like to thank my HOD and all the staff, Pgs , and colleagues of the medicine department for supporting me throughout my internship. You have been very generous, helpful, and patient with me. You have taught me so much and made me feel welcome and valued.

- During my internship, I gained many skills, knowledge, and experiences that will help me in my future career. For example, I learned how to HOW TO EXAMINE THE PATIENT CLINICALLY, HOW TO BUILD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PATIENTS AND BUILDING THEIR TRUST ON ME,
SOME OF CLINICAL SKILLS LIKE HOW TO TAKE ABG, HOW TO DO CENTRAL LINE , HOW TO USE 2 D ECHO MACHINE AND DO 2 D ECHO ON PATIENTS by working in medicine dept.
These examples are just a few of the many things I learned from this internship.
They helped me improve my CLINICAL SKILLS which is essential for being a good medical professional.

- Of course, not everything was easy or smooth during my internship. I also faced some challenges, difficulties, and mistakes along the way. However, these experiences also taught me valuable lessons. I learned how to GO DEEP INTO THE SUBJECT TO KNOW THE CAUSE OF THE DISEASE TO THE PATIENT.
I learned how to GET TO THE CONCLUSION BY SEARCHING ONE CAUSE AFTER THE OTHER AND INTERLINKING EVERYTHING, which is important for being a successful medical professional.

- One of the most rewarding aspects of my internship was witnessing the work of the medicine department and its impact on the patients and the community. I WAS IMPRESSED BY MY HOD, AS HE REMEMBERED  EVERY STUDENT AND MADE EVERY STUDENT TO WORK AND LEARN FOR THE FUTURE AND NOT FOR THE EXAM SAKE AND THAT MADE ME TO WORK ON SEARCHING DEEPLY FOR EVERY CAUSE OF AN EVENT TO THE PATIENT AND FINALLY HOW HE LANDED IN THAT DIAGNOSIS. AND HOW TO BUILD A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PATIENT.

This work is making truly making a difference in the lives of many people.

- I would like to say that this internship was one of the best experiences of my life. I learned a lot, I grew a lot, and I enjoyed a lot. I am very grateful for this opportunity and for all the people who made it possible. I am very excited for my future in medicine and I hope to stay in touch with you. Thank you very much.
